Exchange and Return Policy

Dear Consumer:

The Consumer Protection Law guarantees the right to exchange, return, or receive a refund for defective goods, subject to the following conditions:

Goods can be exchanged or refunded within fifteen days of the date of receipt.

Perishable consumer goods are excluded from exchange and return.

Goods will be exchanged, returned, or refunded if they are defective, do not conform to standard specifications, or are not suitable for the purpose for which they were purchased.

Please present the purchase invoice or proof of purchase from the same supplier.
